Most of our products are vegan, cruelty free, paraben free, and sulfate free, with the exception of our body wash which is made with Manuka Honey for its anti-inflamatory properties.

Is my order refundable?

Are Kendall Cares products prone to melting during transit?

Yes! Kendall Cares is not responsible for any melted shipments. Please know that some of our products can be very delicate stand the chance of melting when exposed to warm temperatures. For this reason, we do not offer any refunds on melted products. Please refrain from leaving delivered packages in mailboxes or on porches during warmer weather. If your product liquifies or spills during shipment, please email us and attach pictures so we can assist you.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request an order cancellation. After the 24-hour cancellation period has ended, we will not be able to cancel your order.
