Due to the nature of our products, we don't accept any returns/refunds. We are not responsible for any products that get soft or melt during transit. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@kendallcares.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Yes! Kendall Cares is not responsible for any melted shipments. Please know that some of our products can be very delicate stand the chance of melting when exposed to warm temperatures. For this reason, we do not offer any refunds on melted products. Please refrain from leaving delivered packages in mailboxes or on porches during warmer weather. If your product liquifies or spills during shipment, please email us and attach pictures so we can assist you.
Once your order is placed, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request an order cancellation. After the 24-hour cancellation period has ended, we will not be able to cancel your order. Please email us at info@kendallcares.com in the event you need to request a change to your order or an order cancellation.
